Worst retail experience EVER. First of all, the dresses are not normal sizes at all (way too small compared to normal shops) and overpriced. Secondly, we were not welcomed nicely at all and the customer service received by the staff was the worse I have ever received. I tried on a few dresses and they were too small and when I kindly asked the woman (will not mention by name) to show me something else because I was really hoping to buy a dress that day (maybe 2 or 3) I was given the response of “ARE YOU HERE JUST TO TRY OR ARE YOU GOING TO BUY SOMETHING” SOOOO RUDE!! She basically indirectly told me that I should buy whatever the first thing I try on or I’m going to receive this awful attitude from her. I didn’t know how to respond or what to say to this rude woman. We complained to the other staff right away but I don’t know what happened to her. She needs customer service training and/or disciplinary ASAP to not throw more customers off this shop because I can say for sure I will NEVER buy from this shop ever again, either in-store or online.

I had a really great shopping experience today when visiting Ben harad. I was served by the lovely Shabina. I would give 10+ stars if I could! I really can’t thank her enough for the wonderful service she provided, and how kind she was. Sending her lots of love!! I look forward to visiting again, and hoping to be served by Shabina herself <3

Bought a lovely evening dress for my wedding party and was served by Shabina. She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Shabina was very helpful in showing me all the options according to the design i was looking for: the colour, the style, embellishment of the dresses and the fittings. If i ever visit in the future would definitely want to be served by Shabina again :)
